International Commercial Terms (Incoterms) are used in the foreign trade operation. There are 13 In-coterms used in Foreign Trade transactions. Incoterms are also called as Sales Terms. According to Incoterms, the liabilities of the Importer & Exporter is identified in case of delivery of goods. Incoterms define who is to pay the freight charges, insurance & others in Foreign Trade transactions.
