About Workshop
This course is designed to develop and strengthen one's capacity for personal stress management. It will help people identify what stress is, Its signs & symptoms, causes of stress, impact of stress and stress management techniques.
The general objective of the course is to support people to assess their own stress level and to develop their stress management skill. The specific objectives are to:
