About Workshop
This is a fast-paced class-room style training program designed to cover all the key features of Microsoft Project 2007 as a tool for project management. Upon completion of this training, participants are expected to plan projects, create work breakdown structure, assign resources, manage conflicts, update projects, print reports and more. This also incorporates several class exercises and case-studies. With the addition of class exercises, students will gain additional hands-on knowledge of the software.
