Writing is one of the most important ways of communication in the business world. Written communication flaws are blamed for low productivity, employee turnover and failure of employees to carry out their responsibilities. While quality writing is one of the most important tools in building up a good image for an organisation.
There are many different types of business writing and each type is designed to serve a definite purpose. Being aware of the different types of written business communication, and learning to produce them one can become a very good business communicator.
This course introduces a systematic learning approach to writing Business Email, Letters, Reports, Meeting Minutes and Proposals. The course also focuses on enhancing Selling Skills which comes as an inseparable component of Business Proposals. The participants get to practise writing during sessions and will receive feedbacks on them.
