About Workshop
This course is designed to provide a theoretical and practical insight into the technical project management area and uses two case study references of fairly large telecom projects to illustrate the concepts, processes, knowledge areas and tools & techniques needed to successfully deliver large scale projects. This course is aligned with the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
