Grievance handling procedure is a part of Labor Laws. It is the successive phase of domestic enquiry, which is mandatory as per Labor Law. Through grievance handling, conflict in the workplace is resolved. To motivate the employees, grievance handling is compulsory. Without managing the conflict, motivating employees is a hard task.
