About Workshop
Introduction
Quality Audit is a systematic and independent examination to determine whether quality activities and related results comply with planned arrangements. It also ensures whether these arrangements are implemented effectively and are suitable to achieve objectives. Internal Audit is the best way that allows one to ensure that the quality system itself is adequately defined and understood. It provides assurance that the documented system is fully implemented. Quality audit can also be used to evaluate the need for improvements or corrective actions.
How participants will benefit after the course:
The training will enrich the participants with recent knowledge and techniques about conducting internal auditing of a documented management system including the scope of the audit. It will make them aware of the preparations required for conducting an effective internal audit; how an internal audit is planned, scheduled, held and how the participants are assessed for the training effectiveness. Participants will learn how to prepare an audit checklist and what they can look for while auditing and how an audit report is prepared for submission to their top managements.
