Management of change has been a widely discussed management concept in the recent days. The concept started to emerge in early eighties and became a very important agenda among many other management priorities within a period of one decade. By going through the change process many of the global giant companies became highly successful and they have been adopting the change process as a continuous management function. The concept of change is the thought process of the management team which they experienced with the rapid expansion of global market. Due to the effect of globalization managers are struggling to balance the paradoxical demand to think globally and act locally. All organizations those who have adopted change management could achieve the success through the active contributions of their management team. Therefore management of change and management of human resources is integral part of all organizations and those two are inter dependent on each other. So to implement the change management process in an organization successfully focus on the management of HR is the most important priority among many others. Unfortunately in Bangladesh most of the organizations are still far behind in recognizing the above two priorities. They are running their operation in traditional fashion without identifying their vision and mission. As a result they have also failed to decide their action plan to cope up with the on going change process and survive in the competitive business environment which is highly volatile and turbulent The course module has been designed in such a way that by attending the program participants from all functions will be highly benefited
