About Workshop
The workshop will provide a strategic framework to analysis design, planning and operation decision within supply chain which will clarify supply chain goals and identify managerial actions that improve supply chain performance in terms of desired goals. We will try to figure out the impact of supply chain decisions on firm’s performance. How supply chain decision influence the performance, and their role in the firm’s competitive strategy.
Workshop will cover supply strategy in the contest of firm value chain and relationship between supply strategy and competitive strategy. Analysis of performance of supply chain drivers and find the key decisions related with these drivers are to be identified.
Workshop will highlight present supply chain management of telecommunication industry. Discussion will enable us to find out strength and weakness in the present chain. This will enable us to design suitable, profitable and efficient supply chain for telecommunication industry.
