Introduction

In the age of the Internet, you might find yourself clicking "reply," typing up a quick response, and hitting "send" without giving so much as a thought about what you've just written. Most of us in the business world use e-mail as the main, and in some cases the only, means of written communication. Many are studying Business English and practicing their business email writing skills is an important part as means of perfecting your e-mail and its etiquette. In effect an e-Mail requires being well-articulated or crafted and also appropriate for your communication. For that reason, BDJOBS launched this short course for the professionals on writing smart & perfect e-Mail.

Contents of Training:

Session-1: About e-Mail

The inaugural session of the course would try to explore the perception of the participants’ about the realm of e-Mail, perfection of an e-Mail and also the etiquettes of e-Mail. Then a primary idea would be provided on the e-Mail and that might add some Samples as well.

Session-2: Crafting an e-Mail

The session-2 would try to equip the participants on the art and craft of an e-Mail that would be help them to be more effective in writing an e-mail perfectly.

Session-3: 25 Tips of perfecting an e-mail

This session would give 25 tips on writing an effective e-mail so that they become well equipped.

Session-4: Practical Session

The session would launch a practicum, when the participants would be writing a short e-mail on a given subject.

Session-5: Etiquettes of writing an e-Mail

Personal and business e-mail has to contain appropriate etiquette in order to address its audience effectively and those tips of etiquette would be provided in the session. The course would also be concluded after an open discussion and Q-A.
