Team Building in any kind of entities being it a corporate, production house or NGOs is an undeniable requirement, what BDJOBS feels. Team Building requires a very high grade professionalism and diligence, which may take an organization to the top of success ladder. This is a very effective and result oriented part of workmanship in order to bring in a positive change in any kind of organization. Team Building in any organization and/or groups is very essential element and an organization may fail and/or fall down due to weaknesses in the team. At the same time, an organization or entity may proper unbelievably due to a meaningful & effective team. For that reason, BDJOBS has decided to conduct a short course on Team Building in order to benefit a huge number of people and organization.

This course would focus on improving Team Building techniques by including/applying proper methods of conducting them.

Success in developing effective leadership depends on number of issues, which are:
- Proper understanding on the Theories and dynamics of Team Building.
- Organize thoughts on Team Building.
- Effectively plan for the participants, purpose & tone along with methods.
- Develop the contents for clarity, conciseness, and correctness.

- Definitions and different Steps of the Team Building
- Different methodologies
- Techniques of Team Building


Methodology of the course would be interactive with visual presentation including discussion and Q-A.

Contents of Training:

Session-1: Concept & Ideas

A good team is always important in order to ensure success in any organization, whatsoever it may be. So this session would deal with the ideas about team, history of Team Building, benefits of Team Building and the characteristics of a team and its members.

Session-2: Characteristics of a good Team and qualities of a successful Team

This session would reveal 20 characteristics of a good team and 7 qualities of a successful team, which would intrigue the audience to be imbued with the aspiration to create a successful team.

Session-3: Stages of Team Development and Team Building Tips

The part of the course would focus on 5 stages of team development and also 10 tips on team building and that would also rejuvenate the participants about the techniques of team building.

Session-4: Important for a Team

This session would deal with some important issues for keeping cohesion among the team e.g. keeping calm, 360 degree feedback and fairness, which are the qualities for organizational change management.

Session-5: Team Motivation and 5 instant tips

Team motivation is a very important issue, which requires leading the team to ultimate success and the session would deal with the factors that influence team motivation and it also focus on 5 instant tips for team motivation.

Session-6: Conflict Resolution

Conflicts may arise while the organizations continue to restructure work teams and that creates the demand for conflict resolution. Conflict arises from differences, and when individuals come together in teams, their differences in terms of power, values, and attitudes contribute to the creation of conflict. Considering the importance of this issue the session has been designed to deal with several aspects of conflict resolution in order to ensure a healthy team.
The course would also be concluded after an open discussion and Q-A.
