Zia Uddin Mahmud is a Business Consultant, Mentor & Coach. He is the CEO of Shadow Consulting Bangladesh, a consultancy firm specializing in Corporate Training, Business Process & Technology consulting. With over 15 years’ experience in the areas of training and development, customer service and management, with a specific focus in Apparel Manufacturing and Merchandising with multinational companies like Li & Fung, VF Asia & Best Sourcing Corporation Ltd.

He has got his MBA with majors in International Relations & Leadership Management from National Institute of Business Management-Malaysia, he was involved with a Malaysian based company named Mosat Group Sdn. Bhd. as a Senior Business Operations Manager, where he was responsible for multisite operations like Apparels, Publication, F&B, Oil and Real estate. He has also been working with several training institutions as a senior consultant and trainer. After returning from Malaysia in 2018 he was involved with an Australian based consultant firm named CarrersHub as Head of Operations. He is also a Certified Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner & Life Coach.

He is a self-motivated professional with profound leadership skills and training background with excellent verbal and presentation skills; who wants to contribute to the development of successful careers of the new generation of corporate professionals.
