Introduction

People Capacity Enhancement Program intends to develop sustainable strategy to enhance the capacity of individuals for future mobility. Now a days, future career growth of an individual depends not only on technical skill but also people skill. Participants of the training will go through with off the session interventions as well, that will facilitate his/her applications of learning in the workplace. The PCEP course will support organizations goal and strategy, as well as employee’s career growth, development and performance.
