Social Compliance it’s a key challenging issues for the modern industry. Today’s buyers expect the suppliers organization must be socially complained. After Rana Plaza incidence, worldwide pressure has been imposed on Bangladesh to fruitful implementation of social compliance in every factory.

In today’s fast changing global market, it is not only the quality of products which cherished the retailers & manufacturers but also the working of the organization wherein the product is produced. Those are equally important to gain and strengthen consumer confidence and to build up more reliable relationship with vendors. In other words, specific social code of conduct that protects the basic human rights of the workforce engaged in the trade is to be respected to satisfy consumers and to add social value to the product. Basic awareness of the social compliance issues helps to understand and monitor the compliance part of it in protecting the image of a particular brand of products.
