Implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)

Introduction

In the light of International Management System Standards

Corrective and preventive action programs have been one of the essential requirements of any international management system standards. Taking corrective and preventive actions are mandatory for any organization committed to succeed in managing its affairs effectively.

We are confident that the participants will find the CAPA training program highly rewarding. Due to its tremendous importance corrective and preventive action clauses have been included in all the versions of all ISO Standards. The training program will help organizations to face an emergency at any stage of their operations. Most organizations cannot afford to face the consequences or disastrous effects of a fire outbreak and then controlling it. The training will also give the participants the ability to identify the hazard at any area of a factory, assess the associated risks and take actions to prevent their occurrence. The earlier a hazard is identified, the earlier action can be taken to remove or eliminate the probability of its occurrence through accident or event.
