BUSINESS WARDROBE MANAGEMENT:
Develop your professional image to say, I mean business., What to wear and what not to – the dress code, Accessories – briefcases or laptops

THE GROOMING:
Professional Grooming and make-up (for women), understanding products and cosmetics, what is the right hairstyle?, Oral Hygiene, Body Odour, Skin Care

BUSINESS BODY LANGUAGE:
The impact of body language, Positive and negative body posture & gesture, do you know your eyes talk?, standing straight and sitting the right way, confidence while presenting

BUSINESS MEETING ETIQUETTES:
The role of good manners in the business & social circles, SMART Action Plan, the 5 needs of a customer/client in a business meeting, Putting courtesy into business, Etiquette while selling

COMMUNICATION ETIQUETTES:
