Mr. Kawsar Alam is a professional trainer & consultant ( Textile Technology & Quality Management); He is Chief Executive Officer of Dutch Lube Company Ltd, A joint venture company, 1st knitting oil manufacturing company in Bangladesh. He is also COO of Lisky Technology (BD) Ltd. He is Life member of Professional body like IEB, ITET, BASS, BSTQM. Mr. Kawsar Alam is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black belt. Implement theoretical know how in his previous working industries. He obtained certificate on Total Quality Management, Toyota Production System. He implemented few basic tools like 5S, Kaizen, SMED, Quality Circle etc in few textile industries. He has vast knowledge on Cleaner Production & Sustainability. His work recognized by international bodies. He attended more than 20 professional trainings and completed all of them very successfully including AFNA (IBA), Total productive Maintenance, motivating employess, Lean,Pattern Preparation, Meditation etc. He has visited world class manufacturing unit in Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, Turkey, Japan, Thailand, Taiwan, China, India, Mauritius, South Korea. He has started his career with Sinha Knit Fabrics Ltd (A concern of Opex Group) in February 1998 as a production officer in knitting department. He was Knitting manager of Shamsul Alamin Knit Fabrics Ltd from February 2001 to October 2002). Mr. Kawsar also work in Square knit fabrics ltd since Novermber 2002 to January 2012. He has released from Square, as DGM (head of production) on January 2012). He has work as GM in Fakir Apparels Ltd from February 2012 to June 2016). He has work as ED in Crossline Knit Fabrics Ltd from July 2017 to January 2017.
