Nuzhat Noor

Nuzhat Noor has several years of experience in Bangladesh's Training industry, as well as tenure in the Telecom and Software verticals. She has worked in GrameenPhone, Therap BD Ltd, Oxford International School, SPEED- concern of Scholastica, Aarong and few other companies as freelancing trainer. She has managed responsibilities ranging from marketing activities, planning, and overhaul of customer interfaces and has proven success in identifying the needs of sponsors and trainees as well as exceeding the expectations of customer base, on a case by case basis. Nuzhat has developed numerous modules and modified many existing ones. She has experience in honing a special concentration in analyzing training content from the perspective of the trainee, taking extra steps to ensure the materials are reliable, effective, innovative, and different which yielded energetic sessions and kept trainees connected and involved. She has consistent high rating as a trainer regardless of various topics.
Nuzhat has achieved training on various topics from many national and international sources. She has done Training of Trainer for Social and Emotional Learning from AIR (American Institute of Research) and is a Certified Psychometric Testing Professional from EMPIís Udai Pareek HR-LABS, New Delhi, India. She is currently processing assignments for CIDTT (Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers and Trainers) a program specializing in the technicalities of teaching and training. She has completed 2 modules with distinction in one of them. Her BBA from NSU with a major in Human Resources and Marketing enables her to focus on business along with employee viewpoint.
Nuzhat works with the belief that training is a remedy and long term process. If it is applied to the correct area, at the right time and if relationships are properly nourished, they tend to develop performance and enhance productivity to any desired order.
