Resource Person

Parveen Sultana Huda

Ms. Parveen S. Huda is one of the widely recognized HR professionals of Bangladesh with almost 18 years of experience in the HR field with leading organizations both as a professional and consultant. She has worked for some other foreign organizations including PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC, UK), ITC (International Trade Centre – Geneva), ILO, GTZ, Inditex (Spain), Draxelmiaer (Germany) MPL (Hong Kong), Ali Bin Ali Group (Qatar), ActionAid Vietnam, ActionAid Pakistan, etc. She has also worked in consulting capacities for various organizations including RDRS, BGMEA, DCCI, MCCI, BEI, KATALYST, and many private and non-government sector enterprises.
She is currently contracted as the Bangladesh Country Manager for Business Innovation Facility (www.businessinnovationfacility.org ) which is an International Project funded by UKAID (DFID UK) and managed by PricewaterhouseCoopers UK. Since 2006, she is running her own organization Renaissance Consultants Ltd. as Managing Director. Before this, she last worked as Head - HR & IT, ActionAid Bangladesh. She also worked in CARE Bangladesh, OTOBI, Square Pharmaceuticals, and BEXIMCO group in reverse chronological order since 1994.
She has received an MBA degree from IBA, DU and a Diploma in Management Consultancy from IMCB. She has completed the Partnership Brokering Course Level One Certification from The Partnering Initiative (TPI) of International Business Leaders Forum (IBLF), UK. She had received an ILO scholarship to attend a training program at the ITC (International Training Centre) of ILO on Turin, Italy in May, 2009. She is an ITC (Geneva) Certified Supply Chain Management Trainer for DCCI, Bangladesh.
