The sector is to comply with some laws, rules, regulations as well as practices of the Country. And these are called corporate law and practice.
In the Corporate World or Corporate Sector, the importance of knowledge in corporate laws and practices can’t be denied in any way rather it bears an extensive significance in the business transactions. Mr. Islam is a Corporate Lawyer in Bangladesh.He has been recommended as an Assistant Judge / Judicial Magistrate by The Government of the People`s Republic of Bangladesh. He is a legal professional, having knowledge of Drafting Contracts, Corporate Law, Labour Law, Taxation, International Agreements, ADR, Writ matters.
He is the Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. He is the Member of Dhaka Bar Association and Dhaka Taxes Bar Association. He has legal knowledge on Banking and Company Matters. He has also special knowledge on local, foreign & joint venture investment process in Bangladesh. He provided the company legal advice and other legal opinion on the national and international investment matters. Mr. Islam has been teaching as a guest lecturer in distinguished educational institutions. He has previous experience in teaching of about seven years in distinguished educational institutions. He has some publications in distinguished dailies and written some books in English and Bengali on Legal matters and other matters.
Mr. Islam has worked in drafting the Intellectual Property Policy of Bangladesh with the WIPO, a specialized body of United Nations and DPDT of Ministry of Industries, Bangladesh. He has tremendously worked with the DGDA; Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and other Government Institutions in drafting the new Drugs Act of Bangladesh. He specially practises in Trademarks, patent as well as IP issues and Agreements/Contract (Both Local and International).Mr. Islam has been teaching as a guest lecturer in distinguished educational institutions. He has experience in teaching of couple of years in distinguished educational institutions.
