Introduction

Emotional Intelligence, also known as emotional quotient (EQ) has been a recurring theme all over the world and in various professional environments for years. It has been linked to performance and success in areas including customer retention, increased sales, leadership management, and many other facets.
Emotional intelligence is the ability to be aware of and to manage emotions and relationships. It`s a pivotal factor in personal and professional success. The ability to express and control our emotions is essential, but so is our ability to understand, interpret, and respond to the emotions of others.
EI plays an integral role for any individual looking forward to become a successful leader as it is an essential component for any leader.

Training Objectives:
This is a highly interactive training program which aims at developing and awakening the dormant empathetic side of the attendees through various activities, presentation, handouts and quizzes.
