Raihan Uddin Amin
Finance & Accounting Expert
Raihan Amin holds a Visiting Faculty position with International University of Business Agriculture & Technology (IUBAT) and a part-time faculty position with United International University (UIU). Prior to that he was an Associate Professor at Northern University Bangladesh (NUB), Dhaka, where he taught financial management and management accounting and looked after the MBA program. His expertise lies in commercial banking having served at home and abroad.
Raihan holds an MBA (Finance) degree from IBA DU, and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Accounting from Sheridan College, Ontario, Canada. He is interested in national development, personal financial literacy and retirement planning.
During his stint in banking, Raihan was involved in marketing, public relations, credit analysis and loan portfolios. He is personable and articulate.
Raihan is married with 2 sons and holds dual-citizenship, Bangladeshi & Canadian. He has traveled to over a dozen countries. Raihan contributes regularly to the Financial Express newspaper.
