Introduction

Recently the activities and dynamics of HR professionals have changed rapidly. To capacity building of HR professionals by discussing potential areas where professionals can execute strategies, work to solve current burning challenges and actively involved in Business Development. Successfully handling administration, business development, compliance, and supply chain, as well as collaborative and interdepartmental activities, will enable HR professionals to take the upper-level leadership role, even the CEO position.
