Introduction

Our workplace is full of hazards. Hazards can be realized and can cause injuries to people, damage assets and properties and can pollute water, air, soil. It is our responsibility to know, execute the right steps to protect ourselves, people who come in touch with us, the planet we live in. This workshop will help participants identify the hazards in their workplace and what actions – proactive as well as reactive can be taken to create a safer workplace.

Mr. Mohommad Monirul Hasan is a results-driven person with a successful background in optimization of production process, execution of various corporate projects, safe work environment and sustainability initiatives across the FMCG business through deployment and execution of local/regional/global policy. He possesses good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills and ability to maintain mutually beneficial internal and external relationships. Enjoys being part of leading, motivating and grooming up of a successful team.

He is an IRCA Certified Lead Auditor (ISO 45001, 14001, 22001, 9001), SAAS Accredited Auditor on SA800 and JIPM Certified TPM (5S, AM, FI, MM, TQM) Instructor. He is the former Country Head of Environment, Health and Safety at British American Tobacco Bangladesh (BATB) Limited, former Country Head of Safety, Health and Environment at Unilever Bangladesh Limited and Former Soap Process Manager and TPM Pillar Lead at Unilever Bangladesh.

He has 9 years’ of experience in Safety, Health, Environment and Sustainability processes and practices in manufacturing, non-manufacturing/logistics, project sites , trade marketing and distribution in FMCG companies Apart from that, he has 6 years’ experience in core manufacturing process, operation, efficiency improvement initiatives in FMCG company.

He has completed his BSc from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) In Industrial and Production Engineering.
