Jaki Turjaman, Professional in Human Resources-International (PHRi) is an experienced and Certified HR professional with 10 years of proven track record in Manufacturing, FMCG, international conservation organization, mobile technology and training consultancy sector with specific concentration in Recruitment & Selection, Learning and Development, Succession Planning Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and HR Operations. He has served for different organizations like Rahimafrooz Bangladesh Limited, USAID’s Bagh Project, VU Mobile Ltd and Eminence Chemical Industries Limited.

He is very well trained and has years of relevant experience of designing different HR programs like competency framework, competency based interview program, performance management system, succession planning etc. Mr. Turjaman is a certified group facilitator of ICA, Canada. He completed his BBA and Masters in Human Resource Management from Dhaka University. He is an exam committee member of HRCI, USA and also an associate member of Bangladesh Society for Human Resource Management.
