Through this workshop we would delve into the various tools and techniques available for “making the right choice”. This workshop would help the participants in understanding and dealing with people effectively, use the right technique for hiring, sharpen their questioning skills, discover the method of spotting ‘liars’ during the interview process and many more such aspects of the Hiring Cycle.

At the conclusion of the workshop, participants should be able to:
• Conduct a Competency Based Interview on his / her own, using self-created competencies, CBI questions and STAR probes,
• Generate effective line-HR partnership in preparing, conducting and evaluating selection or promotion interviews,

He has served for different organizations like Rahimafrooz Bangladesh Limited, USAID’s Bagh Project, VU Mobile Ltd and Eminence Chemical Industries Limited.

He is very well trained and has years of relevant experience of designing different HR programs like competency framework, competency based interview program, performance management system, succession planning etc. Mr. Turjaman is a certified group facilitator of ICA, Canada. He completed his BBA and Masters in Human Resource Management from Dhaka University. He is an exam committee member of HRCI, USA and also an associate member of Bangladesh Society for Human Resource Management.
