The training course has been designed for any staff of government, non government and private organization keeping in mind to develop self motivation to improve the quality, ownership and to create healthy working environment with optimum satisfaction. The participants would have opportunities to discuss governance for clear understanding, exercise to measure the present situation of good governance of their own organization and make plan of action to improve the situation including specific role. The methodology of the training is flexible for active participation which are experience-based and growing interest of the participants. Available and familiar training materials will be used.

Abu Md Mohsin

Freelance consultant and Chairman of a National NGO

He has more than two decade working experience in different national, international and UN agencies in development field to reduce poverty and corruption, establish good governance and citizen in governance, voice raising for children and women rights etc. As a member of Senior Management Team from the last 15 years, he contributed in project management and planning, policy making, program strategy development, and good governance of organization / project, such as Team Leader USAID Project, Project Coordinator and Capacity Strengthening Advisor of UNDP projects, Director of Transparency International Bangladesh, Executive Director of Santana Society.

During his professional work, he got scope to support national reputed NGOs in Bangladesh as donor and develop their capacity on effective project management and good governance. He has developed his expertise to manage a project successfully with in time frame, a large number of staff, effective team building, liaison with concerned stakeholders. He started his career as professional trainer with BRAC, Terre des hommes-Switzerland, Rural development-9, Plan international and adapted him always with modern culture of training facilitation. .At Present, he work as free lance consultant and as Chairman of a National NGO to support for strategic development, good governance, Liaison donors and fund raising.
