He has more than two decade working experience in different national, international and UN agencies in development field to reduce poverty and corruption, establish good governance and citizen in governance, voice raising for children and women rights etc. As a member of Senior Management Team from the last 15 years, he contributed in project management and planning, policy making, program strategy development, and good governance of organization / project, such as Team Leader USAID Project, Project Coordinator and Capacity Strengthening Advisor of UNDP projects, Director of Transparency International Bangladesh, Executive Director of Santana Society.
During his professional work, he got scope to support national reputed NGOs in Bangladesh as donor and develop their capacity on effective project management and good governance. He has developed his expertise to manage a project successfully with in time frame, a large number of staff, effective team building, liaison with concerned stakeholders.
