Joyshree Das

Joyshree Das is an Assistant Director of Bangladesh Standards & Testing Institution (BSTI). Ms. Das joined at BSTI in the year 2007. She is also in charge of Management System Certification (MSC) Cell of the organization.

She secured her B.Sc (Hons.) in Computer science and Engineering from Jahangirnagar University. She has also completed her Masters in Business Administration with Major in HRM. Ms. Joyshree Das has successfully completed ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO/IEC 17021:2011, Good Manufacturing Practices(GMP), HACCP and Halal for Food Industries, e- Learning course on Integrated Management System: ISO 9001,ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, Internal Auditor Training Course. Assessor Training course on Certification Bodies Certifying products, processes & services ISO/IEC 17065:2012. Besides, she has Successfully Completed on ICT to implement e-Governance, E-learning and Computer Networking course. She received her trainings from home and Abroad which includes India, Japan, and SriLanka.

Ms. Joyshree Das has conducted Basic Training Course and Internal Audit Training Course on ISO 9001 at where a good number of senior and Mid-level officials of different Industrial organization had attended. Ms. Das has conducted a large number of Audits as the Lead Auditor or the Team Leader of the Audit team in a number of Organizations. She has conducted a survey & prepared a research paper on “HRM policies and parties of BSTI” which was acclaimed by the higher management of BSTI.
