Introduction
Monitoring is a key to track the progress of any given programme or project in a scientific manner which has been using since long back by multi-stakeholders including GO-NGOs and the private sector. Having targeted progress facts and figures, now a days, conventional activity and process tracking has been shifted its focus to result-based monitoring. Result-based monitoring is thus mainly focus on how it achieves results and impacts over the endeavor’s final beneficiaries. To be an effective manager and ensure quality impacts of interventions, technical knowledge and skills on results-based monitoring is crucial.
