He has expertise in the capacity development of Individual, Group and also in Organizational Development (OD).He has different affiliations with different professional associations like BSHRM, FMCG HR Society of Bangladesh, BOLD, HR Professionals at Bangladesh, ISPO-Bangladesh etc. He has designed, conducted and facilitated many different Professional Training and Development sessions in his own organization as well as worked as a consultant for other organizations. He is an enlisted trainer in Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Foundation, Sheikh Hasina Youth Development Centre, Institute of Professional Development Programs (IPDP), Spinal Cord Injuries’ Development Association Bangladesh (SCIDAB) and School of Sales Management (SSM).
He is experienced in working many private universities in Bangladesh as a Faculty member and some NGOs as a Head, Senior Trainer in the Training & Development Department. He has also done Advanced Certificate in Leadership and Organizational Development (ACLOD) from Australian Academy of Business Leadership (AABL), Australia.
He acquired Teaching & Training skills from his practical working experiences and by receiving some Training of Trainers (TOT) from prominent institutions attended as well as many other soft skills trainings which were conducted by renowned trainers. He also is an independent consultant.
