Introduction

If we ask about the five important functions of HR, then it would come up with the name of disciplinary action in any organization. So we can realize it very well that how important it is. But in fact we don’t do practice of disciplinary action to ensure fair HR practice in our workplace. Rather we follow administration leaving the practice of HR, applying the procedure of termination or make force to resign from the service. But we know that the best practice of HR can lead only to develop the best organization.

The objective of the domestic enquiry is to award punishment to the accused employee if found guilty. No man can be punished without being unheard. An employee gets opportunity to defend himself through domestic enquiry. It assures fair justice. To maintain a healthy environment, congenial atmosphere in the organization as well as to avoid legal obligation and to develop an organization as the best one, domestic enquiry needs to be conducted.
